Consignment & Selling: By submitting items to All Time Cards, you agree that all transactions—whether direct sale or consignment—are subject to these terms.

Pricing & Strategy: All Time Cards works with each seller to determine pricing, listing strategy, and timing based on current market conditions. Final pricing and approach are agreed upon prior to listing for consignment items.

Commission: Consignment items are subject to a 28% flat commission unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to listing.

Payouts: Direct sale payouts are issued immediately via PayPal or Venmo Goods & Services. Consignment payouts are issued after the item has sold and funds have been successfully received and cleared.

Authenticity: Sellers guarantee that all submitted items are authentic. Any counterfeit or misrepresented items will be rejected and may be returned at the seller’s expense.

Condition & Acceptance: All Time Cards reserves the right to decline any items based on condition, authenticity concerns, or marketability.

Shipping Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping items. All Time Cards is not responsible for items lost or damaged during inbound shipping.

Liability: All Time Cards is not responsible for delays, issues, or losses caused by third-party platforms, payment processors, or shipping carriers.

Final Sale: All completed transactions are final. Once a consigned item is sold, the sale cannot be reversed or canceled.

Agreement: By submitting items, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
